Advancia Aeronautics (AA), wholly owned by the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC) and sister subsidiary to Redhawk, provided Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), Financial Management, Programming, Budget Execution, Account Reconciliation, Management Internal Control (MICP) Support, and DAI End User Help Desk Support services for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Financial Reporting and Compliance (FR&C) Division and Financial Operations Division (FOD) under the J-8 Comptroller. AA Financial Analysts were recognized by the Civilian Team Lead and Branch Chief for Accounting Operations for their outstanding work identifying and recovering approximately over $23M in dormant funds through disciplined ULO research and follow-through, in one month. Their technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment to financial stewardship enabled a major win for DHA. As noted by this customer, this achievement "goes far beyond routine support" and reflects the outstanding commitment both individuals bring to the team every day. Their contributions continue to demonstrate the value AA delivers in advancing fiscal stewardship and mission success.

Advancia Technologies (AT), wholly owned by the Potawatomi Ventures Federal Group and sister subsidiary to Redhawk, provided program management, agency financial and business strategy, financial management and analysis, budgetary management, audit readiness, business process re-engineering, and system subject matter expertise and help desk support to DHA on their global General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) deployment. AT team earned formal recognition from DHA J8 including a signed Letter of Appreciation from DHA HQ Chief Financial Officer, for developing and deploying a standalone tool, Transaction Review & Anomaly Compliance Engine (TRACE), which analyzed 11,122 IBA transactions (~$173K) during the latest audit cycle and delivered integrated dashboards with trend analysis, risk-based flagging, and merchant insights. TRACE program provides the solution to support 100% of the monthly audit approach, improved visibility into GTCC compliance across directorates, and was cited by stakeholders as saving “tremendous man hours while producing faster, more accurate results to prevent misuse, abuse and fraud with the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC).

In support of the continuation of the ongoing enterprise consolidation and transformation, our team supported DHA by evaluating and updating/developing policy and guidance to conform to new or updated processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Advancia Technologies (AT), wholly owned by Potawatomi Ventures Federal Group and sister subsidiary to Redhawk, provided a full range of accounting services to the DHA’s Financial Operations Directorate (J8). AT provided budget management services that included developing financial reports for program budgets, analyzing and forming budget recommendations and proposals, and providing support to Agency Leadership on a full range of financial management activities and functions. Additionally, the team provided oversight and management of the Policy Guidance Support Team, as well as training and mentoring of Financial Operations Financial Analyst staff.
